Return Policy
Please --> notify us <-- within 3 days of the receipt of your order if an item arrived damaged or a wrong item was sent (although we assure you that this won't happen). You will then receive authorization for the return or exchange (if available). Include your ORDER number and FULL name and address so we may access your order information. The item in question must be packaged securely to avoid damage occurrence; putting the items in a bubble wrap envelope would be a great choice. Your return should be insured since we are not responsible for loss or damage by the Post Office.
For Swimwear return, ALL items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in its original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.
All returns, excluding wrong items sent or packing error, will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.
By law, returns of some intimate garments have restrictions. Any garment that contains a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
SHIPPING: All items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 4-7 business days.
All Sales are FINAL for Used and Clearance merchandise.
Please note that all Georgia sales will be charged a 6.250% sales tax.
